短視真的是生意的長久之計嗎？
這幾天一直在忙著跟一位美國新客戶討論訂單的內容，
通常我們的流程是客人下單後等他簽回來 SALES CONFIRMATION，
我在下單給大陸工廠那．
等啊等～客人終於在昨天簽回來，也就是說賣價已經確認了！
因為他定的貨中有三分之二不是我家自己的產品，
所以我們必須跟別人調貨，
沒想到我們跟大陸一起合作的工廠他們竟然臨時漲價
調漲後的價錢是只少於我們賣價的0.3美金，
哇靠~~ 扣掉人工 資源， 等等的成本， 等於我們做這批貨完全沒賺錢！！
其實這件事只是冰山一角….
工廠在大陸雖然那裡的人工便宜但要承擔很多的風險 －
品質差， 效率差， 工人懶散跟不負責任的態度．
我們合作對象的老闆是個積極，工作認真的人，
但底下他請的人員卻是好吃懶惰，員工鉤心鬥角，喜歡佔供應商便宜，
許多跟他們合作的廠商都不想提供材料給他們 ．
因為負責採購那主管喜歡刁難供應商，又遲遲不付款給他們，
我真的很難去理解，你買東西就得付錢啊！早付晚付還不是都一樣．
錢你付的爽快，對方也會早點交貨而且你還比較有理由要求交貨時效性．
其實這批貨供應商本來已經不要再賣他們材料，是老爸出面跟供應商講他們才看在在爸的面子上肯賣．
老爸對臨時漲價的事很生氣，甚至想換合作的對象或根本就把他們的產品從我家的目錄拿掉．
唉~我只能感慨的說：
做生意是長久的，如果只是很短視的看眼前的利益， 生意應該不會長長久久
沒錯(用力點頭ing...)

所以我都跟學生再三強調, 既然出了國, 要學國際觀, 要有遠見...
唉, 希望下一代能好些.
